 Today was garden and splashpad day at Little Red. I did not get any pictures of the garden, but since I was at the splashpad today, I have some pictures from that.

There's only about a zillion kids who end up at this park everyday as part of some camp.

Around 5:30, we met Heidi's friend from Marquette, Jim, and his wife Carissa. They both work at University of Illinois, but they have always liked the UW-Madison campus. Taking them to the Memorial Union is always an easy win.

we got a pizza

The craft tonight was a fabric monster pillow. It was inside since the weather was potentially rainy. Kai is picking out buttons.

We encouraged Carissa to be crafty with us...Jim was just more of the ideas person, and was more entertained watching.

Carissa was quite happy with her pillow. She asked Kai to name it. He came up with the name of "Tom Buzz Buzz"

On the way back to the car, there's this fancy fountain you can get trapped inside.

We dropped them off at their hotel. They are on their way to Shakopee, MN tomorrow (it is a town south of the Twin Cities). They see family and them make the loop through Iowa and then back home to Savoy, IL.
