Today is the first Saturday we didn't have swimming for quite some time. One thing Kai has been doing at Little Red this week is the fortune teller origami. We were working on it this morning.


Today we are having the couple that are both my colleague and Heidi's colleague, so Heidi is home cleaning while I took Kai to "Sketch," a movie that is about a little girl whose drawings come to life. It was rated PG - thought it would be a little more kid fun from the previews we saw, but it had some more intense moments. There were a good amount of kids younger than Kai at the theater.





Regardless, Kai had fun at the theater - it was better than swimming.

Here are Kai and Samantha at the piano. Samantha also goes to Little Red this summer, but is in a different room. She will be in 4th grade this fall.
