This might be earliest I'll post to the blog, about 6PM local time because I don't think anything else will happen noteworthy today.

It was back to the pool at Ms. Marie's lessons. We missed the first three sessions because we were on vacation. Virginia, Kai's friend from Gold Room about 5 years ago (or more) was in the class. It was nice to catch up with them.

Afterwards, we met some other friends (Kai's friend Evelyn from Little Red) for time at the Middleton City Pool. Kai is in red off in the distance. It was about 90 today, so a nice day to be outside.

There will be one thing memorable (or should I say two)...there was a "contamination incident" around 2:15PM. It wasn't a big deal because the pool would normally shut down at 2:30 for their scheduled break. Apparently someone vomited in the diving area, and the water is shared around the pools.

After that, we all got in for about 30 more minutes until....you guessed it, contamination incident #2! I'm not sure what happened this time, but this time it took about 45-minutes to clear it out.

In the meantime, we grabbed a slushy and split a hot dog.

We were thinking it would be funny if we got a 3rd contamination, but it was not to be. We stayed until about 5:30 or so. It was a long day in the water.
